About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and lead a multi-year Finance Transformation roadmap
- Partner with the CFO and Finance Leadership Team to improve efficiency, scalability, agility, and decision-making
- Establish transformation priorities, business cases, milestones, and success metrics
- Drive cross-functional alignment and executive sponsorship
- Lead Finance organizational redesign, workforce planning, role optimization, and operating model evolution
- Develop global location strategies, including shared services, centers of excellence, and hub-based delivery models
- Evaluate and implement organizational structures aligned with future business needs
- Champion Finance process standardization, simplification, and continuous improvement
- Identify opportunities to reduce complexity, improve controls, and enhance service delivery
- Establish governance models for accountability and measurable outcomes
- Partner with Finance Systems, Information Technology, and business stakeholders on Finance technology modernization
- Oversee planning, reporting, consolidation, ERP, automation, and analytics tool implementation and optimization
- Lead adoption of artificial intelligence, machine learning, data automation, and advanced analytics
- Ensure Finance technology investments deliver measurable business value
- Build and lead a high-performing transformation office
- Establish program management disciplines covering prioritization, governance, risk management, and benefits tracking
- Lead organization-wide change management and transformation adoption
- Foster innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Advise Finance executives and key business partners
- Coordinate efforts across Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Operations, and Corporate Functions
- Provide executive leadership updates on progress, risks, and outcomes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven years of progressive experience in Finance, Consulting, Business Transformation, or Operational Excellence roles
- Proven years leading large-scale transformation initiatives within complex organizations
- Demonstrated success driving Finance operating model, process, and technology transformations
- Experience leading enterprise programs involving multiple stakeholders and executive-level sponsors
- Strong people leadership experience, including building and developing high-performing teams
- Background in management consulting, corporate transformation, or finance strategy preferred
- Experience with enterprise resource planning, planning, and finance technology implementations preferred
- Experience developing global location and shared services strategies preferred
- MBA, CPA, CMA, or equivalent advanced business credential preferred
- Strategic thinking and an enterprise mindset
- Ability to influence executive stakeholders as a trusted advisor
- Experience leading large-scale organizational change
- Cross-functional collaboration across geographies and organizational levels
- Program governance and execution excellence
- Data-driven decision-making and business value tracking
