About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead a regional workplace operations team across multiple large sites
Own customer service standards across the region, audit tickets, handle escalations, and resolve complaints
Oversee events, “surprise & delight” moments, and community-building initiatives
Take accountability for site security and safety
Implement emergency response plans and serve as an out-of-hours call-tree contact
Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, building policies, and Business Continuity Planning
Align regional CRE operations with finance, legal, compliance, and risk standards
Build and manage annual functional budgets and metrics
Champion inclusivity, wellness, and sustainability
Coach, recognize, and develop team members; manage underperformance
Manage vendor and landlord relationships with Procurement, Legal, and the Global Vendor Manager
Contribute to real estate planning, capacity projections, space allocation, and Capex/Opex proposals
Advocate for CRE’s value across the business

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven years of experience in facilities or property management, ideally at sites 50,000+ sq ft
Proven experience in hospitality, service delivery, and people leadership
University graduate or equivalent work experience
Strong track record in project management, budget ownership, and business operations
Excellent English — verbal and written
Transformational, change-ready leadership approach
Outstanding interpersonal skills and confidence to be the voice of the team
