About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide innovative solutions and solve problems to meet clients’ technical requirements
  • Support business and senior business analysts
  • Support onboarding of Equus Workforce Solutions through technical configuration, troubleshooting, application issue replication, and system upgrade testing
  • Keep current on application enhancements
  • Problem-solve issues to resolution and partner with the team for support
  • Organize client technical information during meetings and document technical specifications
  • Perform requirements analysis, configuration, testing, and issue resolution
  • Assist with client webinars, conferences, demos, and presentations
  • Write test plans and test cases for quality assurance and user acceptance
  • Conduct QA testing and report results
  • Gain hands-on exposure to Equus products and client projects
  • Develop relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Participate in quarterly live chat rotations
  • Participate in team standups, meetings, and client working sessions
  • Participate in internal initiatives
  • Research the global mobility and software industries and apply knowledge to daily activities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline from an accredited college/university
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Ability to efficiently handle data-intensive and time-sensitive tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to understand client needs and technical expectations verbally and in writing
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Experience with multiple software and system-based applications
  • Microsoft Office applications
  • Technical background with understanding and/or experience in software development and/or web technology is desired
  • Advanced Excel knowledge is desired but not required
  • Knowledge and experience using Confluence and Jira is desired but not required
  • Basic knowledge of SQL and SQL Server Management Studio
