About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the end-to-end customer journey at eRecht24—from the first brand touchpoint and organic channels through long-term customer retention
  • Develop and maintain a cross-channel Customer Journey Map
  • Identify critical moments, customer drop-off points, and conversion levers
  • Orchestrate collaboration among marketing teams across the customer journey
  • Develop concepts for onboarding, activation, upgrades, retention, and win-back
  • Refine buyer personas based on real user data
  • Bring the customer perspective into data-driven marketing decisions
  • Combine quantitative funnel analyses with qualitative insights
  • Work cross-functionally across all marketing teams
  • Ensure a cohesive customer journey across individual disciplines
  • Report directly to Marketing leadership
  • Actively use AI tools in day-to-day work

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on customer journey, lifecycle marketing, or growth marketing
  • Demonstrated experience mapping and optimizing customer journeys across multiple channels and funnel stages
  • Strong understanding of the full funnel—from awareness and lead generation through nurturing, conversion, and retention
  • Cross-functional experience and the ability to build bridges between specialist teams
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills; ability to combine conversion rates, attribution, and cohort analysis with an understanding of users
  • Experience in a SaaS or subscription environment, particularly freemium-to-premium conversion, churn prevention, and LTV optimization
  • Fluent in German (native speaker or C2 level)
  • Experience with marketing automation and journey-based communication (nice to have)
  • Knowledge of attribution modeling and cross-channel tracking (nice to have)
  • Legal tech or B2B SaaS background (nice to have)
  • Remote work within Germany or regular on-site presence in Berlin
