About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Handle complex medical information enquiries in English for healthcare professionals, patients, and internal stakeholders
- Support translation activities and medical information call handling
- Manage a wide range of enquiries based on business needs
- Document and report adverse events, product quality complaints, pregnancies, and special situations according to regulatory requirements and company procedures
- Track enquiries in the medical information database and perform follow-up activities when required
- Support development of FAQs, standard response letters, and literature-based responses for complex enquiries
- Act as a Medical Information Project Lead when required
- Prepare client reports and facilitate client meetings
- Participate in 24/7 medical information support services when required
- Contribute to process improvement, inspection and audit readiness, project tracking, and ongoing Medical Information Operations support
- Maintain high-quality standards and compliance with SOPs and regulations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Life science / biomedical background
- Healthcare-related degree in chemistry, biology, biotechnology, pharmacy, or nursing
- Prior experience in Medical Information or Pharmacovigilance
- Prior experience in a call-center environment
- Advanced English skills, both verbal and written
- Customer service or call centre experience preferred
- Comfortable receiving enquiries by phone
- Comfortable working US working hours/shifts
- Ability to perform out-of-hours service if required
- Time and issue management, delegation, organization, and multitasking skills
- Good attention to detail
