About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Handle complex medical information enquiries in English
  • Provide accurate responses to healthcare professionals, patients, and internal stakeholders
  • Support translation activities and medical information call handling
  • Handle a wide range of enquiries according to business needs
  • Document and report adverse events, product quality complaints, pregnancies, and special situations
  • Track enquiries accurately in the medical information database
  • Perform follow-up activities when required
  • Support development of FAQs, standard response letters, and literature-based responses
  • Act as a Medical Information Project Lead when required
  • Prepare client reports and facilitate client meetings
  • Participate in 24/7 medical information support services when required
  • Contribute to process improvement, inspection and audit readiness, and project tracking
  • Support Medical Information Operations while maintaining quality and regulatory compliance

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Life science / biomedical background
  • Healthcare-related degree in chemistry, biology, biotechnology, pharmacy, or nursing
  • Prior experience in Medical Information or Pharmacovigilance
  • Prior experience in a call-centre environment
  • Advanced English skills, both verbal and written
  • Customer service or call centre experience preferred
  • Comfortable receiving enquiries by phone
  • Comfortable working US working hours/shifts
  • Ability to perform out-of-hours service if required
  • Time and issue management, delegation, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to comply with SOPs, regulations, and quality standards
