About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Strategically expand market presence across Northern Germany
  • Develop new revenue opportunities and contribute to regional growth
  • Guide B2B customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact and needs assessment through closing and the development of long-term partnerships
  • Acquire new B2B customers through outbound prospecting
  • Strategically develop existing customers, from small businesses to enterprise accounts
  • Systematically manage regional inbound leads and convert them into successful projects through consultative selling
  • Manage complex customer projects, develop solution concepts, and coordinate implementation with internal teams
  • Document sales activities in the CRM
  • Analyze market and competitive developments and derive initiatives to further advance sales methods

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in a consultative sales environment or with complex, solution-oriented products
  • Strong communication skills, excellent negotiation abilities, and a confident presence, including with decision-makers
  • Initial experience or knowledge of office supplies or ergonomics is an advantage
  • Experience working systematically with a CRM
  • Independent, results-oriented approach to work
  • Strong hands-on mentality
  • Initial experience with sales frameworks such as SPICED, SPIN, or MEDDIC is preferred
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to travel regularly to regional customer meetings
  • Business-fluent German, both written and spoken
  • Good command of English
