Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the process from B2B customer purchase confirmation through coordination and planning, transport and assembly, to after-sales support
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B customers regarding delivery, assembly, and complaints
  • Develop and maintain a robust, fast, and reliable ordering process in the ERP system
  • Analyze processes holistically and optimize them cross-functionally to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Support interdisciplinary projects in operations, automation, and customer and partner management
  • Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to develop customer-focused solutions and continuously improve the customer experience

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Relevant professional experience
  • Relevant academic degree
  • Experience in customer communication
  • Understanding of logistics processes within an ERP environment
  • Hands-on, intrinsically motivated, self-directed, and energetic working style
  • Ability to understand and optimize cross-functional processes holistically
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights
  • Fluent German, both written and spoken
  • Fluent English
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings with production partners
