About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage B2B customers from contract signing throughout the entire process
- Coordinate and plan transportation and installation
- Support customers with questions regarding delivery, assembly, and complaints
- Develop and maintain a robust, fast, and reliable ordering process in the ERP system
- Analyze processes holistically and optimize them cross-functionally
- Support interdisciplinary projects in Operations, automation, and customer and partner management
- Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to develop customer-centric solutions
- Continuously improve the customer experience throughout the entire after-sales journey
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant professional experience
- Relevant academic degree
- Experience in customer communications
- Understanding of logistics processes within the ERP system
- Passion for and ability to provide proactive, high-quality customer support
- Hands-on mentality, combined with an intrinsically motivated, self-reliant, and energetic approach to work
- Ability to understand and optimize cross-functional processes holistically
- Strong organizational skills, conscientiousness, and a solution-oriented mindset
- Structured and agile approach to work
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights
- Business-fluent German, both written and spoken
- Fluent English
- Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings with production partners
