About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform functional duties for the assigned division under close supervision
- Contribute to projects and assignments aligned with Experience & Customer Service priorities
- Develop understanding of Experience and Customer Service functions and their contribution to ERIE
- Collaborate with leaders, mentors, team members, and cross-functional partners
- Gather, organize, and analyze information for projects, decisions, and recommendations
- Apply problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to business opportunities and challenges
- Develop recommendations, solutions, and deliverables
- Participate in meetings, business observations, job-shadowing, and developmental experiences
- Communicate project progress, findings, and outcomes to stakeholders
- Participate in shared internship activities and Future Focus program activities
- Conduct research, gather information, and assist with presentations
- Analyze data and report findings
- Verify and enter data into systems and update electronic files
- Provide clerical and administrative support
- Complete special projects and other assignments as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled full-time at an accredited college or university pursuing a four-year degree or master's degree program
- Four-year degree students must be completing sophomore, junior, or senior year under applicable 2027 Future Focus eligibility requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Pursuit of a bachelor's degree with completion of sophomore year in a relevant field required
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 preferred
- Working knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software preferred
- Only considering US workers
- Unable to offer the position to individuals requiring current or future immigration sponsorship
- Ability to perform regular and predictable attendance
- Ability to perform listed physical requirements
