  • Coordinate transitions to new vendors, new business or technical processes, new technology, or significant changes to current technology

  • Administer daily operations and implementation of security, emergency communication, and fire/life safety systems
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of ERIE's technical security systems, procedures, and practices
  • Assist senior staff with security initiatives and implementation resolutions
  • Assist with developing training programs and applications for security and fire/life safety systems at Home Office and field office locations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, MIS, Business or related field, plus three years' related experience; or Associate's degree in a technical field, plus five years' related experience; or Industry certification (CISA, CSIH, CISSP, PSP, CPP, NICET IV) and three years' related experience; or High school diploma plus seven years' related experience
  • 24/7 on call as needed
  • Restrict vacations during peak periods
  • Travel, including overnight stays, is required
  • Use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required
  • Ability to move over 50 lbs using lifting aide equipment
  • Ability to climb/access heights
  • Driving ability
  • Manual keying/data entry/inputting information/computer use
  • Ability to push, pull, and move objects and wheeled equipment
