About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable cloud-native applications
- Develop front-end and back-end components using modern frameworks and programming languages
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services
- Design and implement microservices, containerized applications, and serverless solutions
- Configure and manage AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform environments
- Implement Docker, Kubernetes, and Infrastructure as Code
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, testing, and deployment
- Apply DevOps, security, data protection, and software quality practices
- Monitor and optimize application and infrastructure performance, including caching and load balancing
- Work with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, technical documentation, and knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver effective technical solutions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Development
- Strong experience in Cloud-Native Development and Architecture
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field
- Strong front-end development skills using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React or Angular
- Back-end development experience using Node.js, Python, or Java
- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Serverless Computing
- Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, Automated Testing, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Knowledge of Microservices Architecture and RESTful APIs
- Experience working in Agile development environments
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Candidates must be based outside the Philippines
- Ability to align with Manila business hours and the client's business calendar and holidays
- Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or related field is preferred
- Experience delivering large-scale, secure, scalable, and enterprise-grade applications is preferred
- Experience with cloud infrastructure automation, application performance optimization, and system integration is preferred
- Experience supporting digital transformation or enterprise technology initiatives is preferred
