About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead technical coordination between GEMS, ITD teams, business, vendor, and technical counterparts
Define secure, scalable, business-aligned technical vision
Guide daily team execution, code quality, and hands-on software development
Lead GEMS enhancements and integrations
Ensure technical solutions support business cases and monthly releases
Provide technical support throughout design and engineering
Align product workstreams and prevent architectural and integration gaps
Participate in GEMS Scrum activities and business-initiated events
Collaborate with Business Analysts and Developers to prepare Technical User Stories in Azure DevOps and CAB documentation
Lead production incident tracking, monitoring, root cause analysis, and bug-fix coordination
Maintain AskIT updates as the GEMS L2 Support focal point
Define high-level system designs and integrations aligned with business goals
Deliver architecture artifacts across business, application, information, innovation, integration, technology, and security layers
Develop reference architectures for business lines
Ensure governance reviews under the ITD Product Delivery Guide
Conduct client architecture principle checks
Present architecture artifacts and agendas to the Product Design & Engineering Group
Lead system design and updates across business, information, application, integration, security, infrastructure, and solution architectures
Translate functional requirements into technical designs
Build solutions using Container Apps, Azure VNET/Subnet, Keys, Private Access, AIM, Cosmos DB, and Power BI Services
Develop reusable frameworks, software programs, and shared-service standards
Implement automated workflows using Power Automate
Research emerging technologies for the GEMS product roadmap
Lead data warehouse and BI/analytics implementation, data management, migration, validation, analysis, and insights
Use Power BI and AI tools to connect, clean, model, and visualize data into dashboards and reports

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role
Proven expertise in product leadership and solution architecture
Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst certification
Microsoft Certified: Fabric Analytics Engineer certification
Power Platform (Power Apps)/Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant certification
Power Platform (Power Apps)/Dynamics 365 Solutions Architect Expert certification
Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification
TOGAF Enterprise Architecture Practitioner certification
Experience in RIP (Right Integration Pattern), Microservices Architecture, DigiVision/Abacus Enterprise Architecture, business process re-engineering, and scalable solution design
Strong understanding of SDLC, product management methodologies, cloud technologies, enterprise architecture frameworks, and integration strategies
Experience with Azure DevOps, DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Terraform
At least 2 years of experience using and administering Moody’s Analytics tools, including CreditLens, ORM Rating Models, Collaborative Analytics Platform, CreditLens Studio, and DevExpress Reporting Tool
At least 1 year of experience using and reporting with Loan IQ
At least 3 years of experience configuring and developing Dynamics 365 / Power Platform
At least 3 years of experience using HIP (Hybrid Integration Platform)
Proficiency in AI, ML, RPA, Chatbot, and blockchain technologies
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in business analysis elicitation and analysis techniques
Basic understanding of relevant technologies
Agile mindset
Excellent English verbal and written communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Ability to work with cross-functional teams, large information-based organizations, and senior stakeholders across diverse cultures and business environments
Willingness and ability to report onsite as needed, including to headquarters when required
Ability to work 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Manila Time and support critical release windows when required
