About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a culture champion for ERPA’s core values: Empathy, Responsibility, Passion, and Agility
  • Act as the key connection between consultants and clients
  • Support multiple Workday engagements concurrently
  • Keep projects within the defined Statement of Work scope and agreed milestones and budget targets
  • Gauge and report project health
  • Monitor risks, issues, and escalations
  • Assist with status updates and weekly, monthly, and quarterly customer governance
  • Assist with work assignments and resource management for AMS and Phase X engagements
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and referenceability
  • Support Engagement Managers on implementations, AMS, and Phase X projects
  • Contribute to the development of ERPA’s Workday practice

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1+ years of experience managing Workday implementations, AMS and Phase X projects with a Workday partner
  • Experience managing Workday projects for higher education/public sector clients strongly preferred
  • Active Workday EM/PM certification required throughout employment with ERPA
  • Ability to learn new systems quickly, including JIRA, ServiceNow, and Salesforce
  • Prior experience managing projects utilizing Smartsheet
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive approach to ensuring alignment with customers, consultants, and internal stakeholders
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Ability to travel up to 25% as needed
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
