Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze enterprise data from Workday and enterprise business systems
Extract, clean, and analyze data using SQL and Python
Work with business teams to understand data and reporting needs
Build dashboards and reports for business and operational insights
Identify business processes that can be improved using Generative AI, workflow automation, and intelligent data processing
Design and develop data pipelines integrating Workday and enterprise data into analytics and reporting systems
Build AI workflows for summarization, classification, and information extraction
Connect AI applications with enterprise data sources and APIs
Support data validation, quality checks, and reporting processes
Document data processes, AI solutions, and technical requirements
Perform other duties as assigned or reassigned by management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience analyzing enterprise data from Workday and enterprise business systems
SQL and Python for data extraction, cleaning, and analysis
Ability to work with business teams to understand data and reporting needs
Experience building dashboards and reports
Ability to identify business process improvements using Generative AI, workflow automation, and intelligent data processing
Ability to design and develop data pipelines integrating Workday and enterprise data into analytics and reporting systems
Ability to build AI workflows for summarization, classification, and information extraction
Ability to connect AI applications with enterprise data sources and APIs
Ability to support data validation, quality checks, and reporting processes
Ability to document data processes, AI solutions, and technical requirements
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
Must not require employment visa sponsorship now or in the future
Must successfully pass pre-employment drug screening and background investigation
