About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the in-house Legal team with day-to-day legal, regulatory, compliance, and corporate matters
Provide business-oriented compliance and legal support for litigation and dispute management
Administer the trade compliance program
Support regulatory compliance and compliance program management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on legal and compliance matters
Handle multiple priorities and projects while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 2 years of corporate paralegal, trade compliance, corporate compliance, regulatory program management, or equivalent legal experience
Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
Proven analytical ability and research skills
Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work well with others
Ability to manage several projects at once
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
Experience with international trade regulations including import and export compliance
Experience with an in-house legal team at a large company or large law firm
Bachelors of Laws degree (admission to the Bar in Serbia not required)
Paralegal certificate
