About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Be responsible for testing adiglobal.com websites in North America and EMEA, creative content and special projects supporting E-commerce business applications
- Adhere to QA policies, processes, and documentation standards
- Oversee and/or participate in all aspects of project testing and ensure schedule adherence for assigned projects
- Provide accurate and justifiable estimates for testing
- Participate in defect management from triage and creation to closure
- Communicate effectively across the organization to adhere to stringent timelines
- Help to mentor and develop team peer QA standards
- Ensure QA processes and procedures for test environments are followed and the integrity of various environments is not compromised
- Collaborate with team members on project-related testing
- Coordinate testing with additional team members as needed
- Participate in all test cycles and perform testing with thoroughness and attention to detail
- Review and provide feedback on test scripts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 1 year of website quality assurance experience
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent planning, organizational and scheduling skills
- Proven ability to provide project estimates and work-breakdown schedules
- Strong English communication skills with ability to communicate with all levels of the organization
- Hands-on experience using industry standard software QA tools
- Ability to work effectively and produce consistent results with minimum supervision
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude & excellent collaboration skills
- Off-hours availability as needed to support special projects
