About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan, coordinate, produce, and execute marketing communication projects across multiple business channels
  • Serve as the central point of contact for print production, retail signage, trade show materials, digital signage, translation services, vendor management, and budget administration
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with corporate brand standards
  • Develop scalable workflows and optimize signage and print processes
  • Recommend cost-effective production methods and partner with stakeholders on creative business solutions
  • Manage the annual MarCom materials and translation budget
  • Manage vendor quotes, purchase orders, invoice approvals, expense tracking, and blanket/ad hoc purchase order administration
  • Publish and schedule digital signage content through Skykit
  • Maintain and optimize the MarCom SharePoint Resource Center
  • Oversee translation projects from intake through delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Communications with advanced English proficiency
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent projects using tools such as Workfront
  • Experience with commercial print production
  • Experience with vendor management
  • Experience with retail marketing materials and trade show execution
  • Budget management experience, including purchase orders, invoice processing, and expense tracking
  • Proficiency in stakeholder management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems proactively
  • Ability to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
