About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist management with pricing-related activities within the Products & Solutions business unit
- Cooperate with product management, marketing, field sales, and finance
- Apply pricing analytical techniques to reduce price leakage and improve profitability
- Collaborate with sourcing and supply chain on commodity changes and pass-thru pricing initiatives
- Manage price analysis and support offering management in implementing price changes
- Conduct customer analyses for revenue growth, SKU rationalization, and operational excellence
- Conduct transactional price analyses and provide improvement recommendations
- Lead pricing-related management operating systems, root cause analysis, and course correction
- Manage pricing transactions, price lists, and key datasets in PROS
- Ensure consistent reporting with finance and communicate pricing strategy
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–4 years of relevant experience in pricing or financial analysis
- Advanced English Skills
- Proficiency in SAP, Excel, and PowerQuery
- Familiarity with pricing concepts and analysis
- Integrative thinking skills
- Result-oriented attitude and ability to take actions and implement effective solutions in a timely manner
- Analytical thinking, problem solving, and decision-making skills
- Excellent planning, project execution, and project-management skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact successfully with all levels of management
