Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create new user accounts, reset passwords, assign permissions, and deactivate users
  • Import data, delete duplicates, create backup routines, and set validation rules
  • Create new fields or objects based on business needs while gathering authorization and following Salesforce best practices
  • Change UI elements such as page layouts to meet business needs
  • Control data access using profiles, roles, and sharing settings
  • Build automated workflows and approval processes
  • Create custom reports and dashboards for tracking business goals
  • Train employees on Salesforce use and troubleshoot daily issues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, supporting users and maintaining Salesforce environments
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM, including data management, user administration, reports, and system functionality
  • Solid understanding of data structures, data integrity, and CRM data governance principles
  • Hands-on experience working within a Salesforce org, either as an administrator or advanced end user, with a good understanding of platform capabilities
  • Professional English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal business settings
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201) and hands-on experience with CRM best practices
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and Tableau for data analysis, reporting, and business insights
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment, managing multiple priorities effectively
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to take initiative, work independently, and influence across teams and functions
