About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans to achieve revenue and growth objectives
  • Drive new business development within hospitals, health systems, and cardiovascular service lines
  • Manage opportunities from prospecting through contract execution and implementation handoff
  • Build and maintain relationships with clinical, operational, executive, and technical stakeholders
  • Present and demonstrate cardiovascular software solutions to physicians, administrators, imaging leaders, and IT teams
  • Identify customer needs and align solutions to improve workflow efficiency, interoperability, and clinical outcomes
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline updates within CRM systems
  • Collaborate with clinical specialists, product management, marketing, and customer success teams
  • Represent the company at customer meetings, industry conferences, and healthcare events
  • Monitor healthcare IT trends, cardiovascular imaging technologies, competitive offerings, and market developments
  • Own and manage the full sales cycle throughout a designated Central U.S. territory
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare organizations
  • Drive growth and build lasting partnerships with healthcare providers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum three years of successful healthcare sales experience
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals
  • Experience selling into hospitals, health systems, physician groups, or healthcare networks
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to evaluate customer needs and develop strategic solutions
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel approximately 40-60% throughout the assigned territory, including overnight travel as needed
  • Experience selling healthcare software, SaaS, clinical applications, imaging informatics, PACS, CVIS, or related healthcare IT solutions preferred
  • Knowledge of cardiovascular workflows, cardiac imaging, cardiology departments, or hospital-based clinical systems preferred
  • Familiarity with DICOM, interoperability standards, and healthcare technology integrations preferred
  • Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder healthcare purchasing environments preferred
  • Candidates should reside within or have convenient access to the Central United States territory
  • Willingness to travel extensively to customer locations, meetings, and industry events
