About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the main system administrator and primary client contact for SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals
  • Configure and maintain role-based permissions, user and administrator accounts, performance forms, route maps, goal plans, work plans, competency libraries, rating scales, picklists, notifications, alerts, and Continuous Performance Management features
  • Launch, manage, and monitor performance review cycles, including mass form creation, form routing, and administrative form transfers
  • Build standard, ad-hoc, and recurring Story Reports, Table Reports, dashboards, goal/work plan status reports, and audit trail reports
  • Troubleshoot system, user data file, and integration issues
  • Manage biannual releases, test new features and upgrades, and assist with feature enablement and rollout
  • Evaluate enhancement requests, assess feasibility, and recommend implementation approaches
  • Analyze configurations and recommend platform optimization
  • Assist Microsoft SharePoint clients with configurations, documents, and workflows
  • Standardize, streamline, coordinate, document, and communicate business and system processes
  • Manage project requests, tasks, communications, timelines, deliverables, and client status updates
  • Conduct quality control checks and maintain documentation, SOPs, job aids, and user guides
  • Train system administrators and team members and support change management
  • Liaise between clients and technical resources, escalate issues, and drive resolution
  • Act as a trusted advisor and regularly assess client needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 2 years of experience working as an Administrator or Consultant of SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals
  • 2 to 5+ years of experience in medium-to-large organizations in an HRIS, application, help desk or HR technology support role
  • Bachelor's degree desired but not required
  • Strong experience in customer support, client management, or training
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Effective organization and project management skills
  • Must have access to a reliable computer, hard-wired internet connection, and accessible phone
  • Must be a U.S. citizen and reside in the United States
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Able to commit to a consistent part-time schedule and reliably meet client deadlines
  • Experience with web conferencing software, particularly MS Teams, GoToMeeting, or WebEx
  • Knowledge of other SuccessFactors modules is a plus
  • Active SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals certification is a bonus
  • Experience supporting federal government clients is a bonus
  • Experience working in a consultant capacity is a bonus
