About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prospect, develop, and implement location strategies for large, complex organizations

Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of enterprise sales and/or relevant consulting or program management experience
- Experience managing the sales cycle, creating partnerships, and establishing trusted-advisor relationships with large customers
- Financial and business acumen to build compelling account growth strategies
- Advanced knowledge of the construction industry and new technology trends
- Ability to translate construction-industry and technology knowledge into complex customer solutions
- Understanding of GIS, Esri technology, and the construction industry as they relate to one another
- Expert visual storytelling and negotiation skills across all organizational levels
- Knowledge of industry fiscal year, budgeting, and procurement cycles
- Ability to travel domestically or internationally 25–50%
- Bachelor’s degree in GIS, business administration, or a related field
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available
- Recommended: General knowledge of data science or spatial analysis and their use in organizational problem solving
- Recommended: Master’s degree in GIS, business administration, or a related field
