About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve in Essentia Health's Fargo/Moorhead Urgent Care Clinics

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • LPN Education as required for licensure
  • Current LPN license in the state of North Dakota upon hire
  • Minnesota LPN license required within 3 months of hire
  • OR current registration or certification as a Medical Assistant
  • OR verifiable completion of a Medical Assistant Program and certification within one year of hire
  • CMA certification must be passed within two attempts
  • Medication Assistant III registration through the North Dakota Board of Nursing within 60 days of hire/transfer
  • Clinical Assistant cannot administer medication before MAIII registration through the North Dakota Board of Nursing
  • AHA Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 3 months of hire
  • Ability to work a variety of urgent-care shifts
  • Ability to provide care to patients from newborn to elderly
