About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify high-value opportunities for artificial intelligence, automation, and advanced analytics
- Evaluate business processes and workflows for transformation, automation, and optimization
- Translate complex business challenges into scalable technical solutions
- Develop and lead AI training, enablement, and knowledge-sharing programs
- Design, develop, and implement AI-powered solutions, intelligent automation, and advanced analytics applications
- Define and implement validation, testing, monitoring, traceability, and human-review controls for AI and analytics outputs
- Build proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and production-ready solutions using modern AI, cloud, and automation technologies
- Develop scalable architectures balancing speed, flexibility, security, maintainability, and enterprise standards
- Integrate AI capabilities into business processes, applications, and reporting platforms
- Serve as the primary technical subject matter expert for AI and automation initiatives
- Provide technical guidance and best practices for AI solution design, architecture, development, and deployment
- Partner with analytics, automation, IT, business teams, and the global AI Center of Excellence
- Establish standards for solution development, documentation, maintainability, and support
- Define requirements, success metrics, and priorities with business stakeholders
- Share successful solutions, best practices, and reusable components across regions and business units
- Apply company policies, security and privacy requirements, data governance standards, and responsible AI principles
- Conduct and document AI risk assessments covering fairness, bias, transparency, explainability, oversight, privacy, security, regulatory requirements, and potential harm
- Implement risk mitigation measures including access controls, human-in-the-loop review, monitoring, incident escalation, and reassessment
- Monitor deployed solution performance and drive continuous improvement
- Evaluate and recommend emerging AI technologies, platforms, and tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered
- 7+ years of experience in analytics, software development, data engineering, automation, AI, solution architecture, or related technical disciplines
- Experience designing and delivering business-focused technology solutions from concept through deployment
- Experience translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Strong understanding of modern data, analytics, cloud, and software development practices
- Working knowledge of data quality, metadata, lineage, stewardship, privacy, security, and responsible AI practices, including validation, bias and risk assessment, human oversight, and regulatory compliance
- Proven ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
- Experience with several of the following technologies is preferred: Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio; Azure AI Services and Azure Machine Learning; Microsoft Power Platform; Microsoft Fabric; Databricks; Python; API development and integrations; LLMs, AI agents, and agent orchestration frameworks; data engineering and cloud-based analytics platforms; automation and workflow orchestration technologies; SQL and data modeling
