About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Brand Manager in driving brand performance, including P&L, market share and key business indicators
  • Contribute to annual brand plans and manage and monitor Advertising & Promotion investments
  • Support planning, execution and tracking of brand campaigns, activations and innovation launches
  • Identify opportunities and recommend corrective actions
  • Conduct brand, category, competitor and market analyses
  • Support product portfolio, assortment and pricing recommendations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional, regional and global teams on product innovations
  • Support launch preparation, distribution, phase-in/phase-out and brand activation
  • Capture and translate consumer and customer insights into recommendations
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to execute brand initiatives
  • Contribute new ideas to the continued development of company brands

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1 to 3 years of professional experience, preferably with exposure to Marketing, Brand Management, Finance, Commercial or related areas
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Communication or a related field
  • Basic to intermediate Excel skills
  • Confidence working with numerical and business information
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to turn information into insights and recommendations
  • English proficiency sufficient to communicate with international stakeholders
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Proactive mindset, positive energy and willingness to take ownership
  • Curiosity and genuine desire to learn, develop and grow within Brand Management
