About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and implement the marketing strategy for the Actimove®, Delta-Cast® and Tensosport® product ranges to drive growth and market performance.
  • Analyze markets, trends and the competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
  • Manage the product life cycle, including positioning, pricing, launches, optimization and portfolio rationalization.
  • Identify and analyze the needs of athletes, physiotherapists, sports physicians and strength and conditioning coaches.
  • Conduct competitive and industry monitoring across the orthopedics, fracture management, physiotherapy and sports medicine markets.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with healthcare professionals.
  • Activate and develop technical partnerships with clubs, centers of expertise and leading sports institutions.
  • Help promote solutions among recognized sports stakeholders and prestigious club customers.
  • Develop promotional materials and marketing campaigns tailored to different customer segments.
  • Train and support sales teams on product features, sales arguments and market positioning.
  • Work closely with International Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain and Regulatory Affairs teams.
  • Contribute to innovation and the development of new offerings by communicating field needs and user expectations.
  • Track the commercial and marketing performance of the portfolio and recommend necessary corrective actions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • You have marketing experience in the sports, orthopedics or support-device sectors, ideally gained with a specialized company or a brand focused on practical, field-based use.
  • Ideally, you have an initial qualification in orthotic and prosthetic practice or sports science, complemented by marketing training and experience.
  • You understand the expectations of end users—including athletes, patients, physiotherapists, sports physicians and strength and conditioning coaches—and can translate them into effective product positioning, sales messaging and marketing activations.
  • You enjoy working in the field and are able to build trusted relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, sports partners, clubs and internal teams.
  • You are comfortable in a demanding corporate environment while bringing a dynamic approach focused on activation, partnerships and business development.
  • You are recognized for your ability to build trusted relationships and support different stakeholders in a demanding medical environment.
