About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Maintain, audit, and update employee records in HRS platforms
  • Manage complex contracts, job changes, absences, terminations, payroll inputs, and organizational data
  • Perform compliance reviews, internal controls, reporting, and audit support

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of HR administration experience, including HR data and compliance
  • Understanding of data privacy, employment documentation, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
  • Experience with HRS platforms
  • Workday experience preferred
  • Analytical thinking, accuracy, confidentiality, reliability, and collaborative stakeholder management
  • Enjoys sharing knowledge and supporting others’ growth
