About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into requirements, user stories, and solution specifications
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings with business and technical teams
- Collaborate with design and development teams to align solutions with business objectives
- Support project planning, stakeholder alignment, risk management, testing coordination, and solution deployment
- Support process improvements, change management, user training, and adoption of future-state ways of working
- Assist with user requests, incident management, and continuous improvement across the application landscape
- Identify opportunities for digitalization, automation, analytics, and AI-driven solutions for manufacturing performance
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Analysis, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and translating business needs into clear functional requirements and user stories
- Experience supporting manufacturing systems, IT-enabled operations, or digital transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with Velotic MES, Azure DevOps, Proficy, SQL databases, or SAP is advantageous
- Strong communication, facilitation, collaboration, and project coordination skills
- Proactive mindset and ability to drive continuous improvement and challenge constructively
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to travel internationally
