About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Coordinate inbound and outbound flows to and from warehouses serving the local market
Ensure goods availability for customer orders and pilot targeted stock levels with Supply Chain
Coordinate information and actions with Customer Service and Supply Chain during out-of-stock situations
Control IDC and external-provider performance for warehousing and transport through KPI reviews and inventories
Analyze customer service complaints and ensure corrective actions are implemented
Support tenders and negotiations, and conduct studies and cost analyses as delegated
Establish monthly distribution costs and accruals with controllers
Check invoices and maintain master data and shipment costing tables in SAP
Ensure compliance with procedures for article phase-in/phase-out, stock and flow management, and invoice control
Maintain accurate SAP Demand Planning data and parameters for baseline, promotions, PIPO, and short- and mid-term horizons
Analyze forecasting performance, establish monthly KPIs, and analyze gaps with Sales and Marketing
Prepare data and drive the monthly Demand S&OP process with local Sales and Marketing in coordination with Supply Chain

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in CPFR, logistics, forecasting, or demand planning, ideally working with major retailers
Strong Excel skills, including macros and automation
Solid understanding of KPIs, customer processes, and supply chain operations
Knowledge of SAP and demand planning processes is a plus
Intermediate English or above
Analytical, proactive, and collaborative, with the ability to work effectively across functions
