About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collect variable payroll data from Human Resources Managers
  • Process payroll
  • Manage the entire payroll cycle, from employee onboarding through offboarding, and track related actions in the HRIS
  • Manage sick leave and employee benefits
  • Monitor time and attendance management
  • Prepare and review mandatory social security declarations and reports, including DSN, the social report, DOETH, DARES/INSEE surveys, and post-payroll reports
  • Prepare ad hoc reports
  • Report to the France Payroll Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Two- to three-year post-secondary degree
  • At least 5 years of significant experience in an accounting firm or industrial group
  • Strong knowledge of payroll practices and procedures
  • Good understanding of time and activity management
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Excellent adaptability
  • Autonomous and responsive
  • Absolute discretion when handling payroll data
  • Excellent command of Excel and other office software
  • Interest in new technology-based IT tools
  • Ideally proficient in SAP, or alternatively in another major ERP system on the market
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills
