About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Identify consumer needs and translate them into relevant product solutions
Develop new products in line with quality, cost, timeline, and performance objectives
Support responses to briefs and specific customer projects
Coordinate testing, validation, and industrialization phases with the various stakeholders
Lead product creation phases using tools such as SAP
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Drive the development and optimization of existing product ranges
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, R&D, Quality, Sustainability, and Industrial teams
Ensure project progress and effective communication among all stakeholders
Serve as the primary technical contact for customers on assigned projects
Coordinate competitive intelligence activities
Identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce complexity
Contribute to cost optimization and the continuous improvement of products
Integrate CSR objectives into every development project

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree from an engineering school or equivalent qualification
At least 3 years of experience in product development, project management, or an industrial environment
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and bring together cross-functional teams without direct managerial authority
Curiosity, initiative, and a passion for innovation
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Results-oriented and customer-focused
Fluency in French and English
Regular travel to production sites and partner locations
Proficiency with tools such as SAP
