About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate and monitor daily warehouse operations managed by external logistics providers (3PLs)
- Ensure high service levels, inventory accuracy and operational performance across the external warehouse network
- Monitor logistics performance through KPIs, business reviews and regular operational meetings
- Analyze operational data to identify trends, root causes and improvement opportunities
- Develop reports and performance reviews to support data-driven decision making
- Drive continuous improvement and cost optimization initiatives
- Build relationships with logistics providers and ensure effective performance management
- Collaborate with Supply Chain, Customer Service, Transportation and other stakeholders to optimize end-to-end logistics processes
- Support compliance with safety, quality, sustainability and operational standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, or equivalent
- Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or supply chain environments
- Experience within logistics companies and/or Third-Party Logistics (3PL) providers is highly valued
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in reporting, KPI analysis and performance management
- Solid understanding of warehouse operations, logistics KPIs and continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong organizational, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA (or SAP R/3), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Power BI is considered a strong asset
- Fluent Italian and English, both written and spoken
- Knowledge of French is considered a plus
