About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the Libero brand agenda and regional brand performance across the Nordic markets
  • Act as the link between local commercial teams and regional brand and marketing teams
  • Lead marketing activation across Nordic markets
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Marketing to drive growth, profitability, and market share
  • Bring innovations successfully to market
  • Manage assortment priorities, pricing, phase-in/phase-out, and new business opportunities
  • Develop and follow up on annual activation and business plans based on targets and KPIs
  • Translate brand and product strategies into consistent in-market activation plans
  • Lead brand and innovation launches from planning and trade presentations through activation
  • Track launch results and implement corrective actions
  • Capture consumer and customer insights and identify growth opportunities
  • Provide local-market insights for communication toolboxes, innovation plans, and business cases
  • Report to the Marketing Manager based in Gothenburg

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • University degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
  • Solid experience in marketing, marketing activation, customer marketing, and/or sales
  • Strong commercial mindset and P&L understanding
  • Experience from FMCG is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Experience working with Nielsen is a plus
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data and insights into actionable recommendations
  • Understanding of brand profit and loss, consumer and customer insights, innovation launches, pricing and assortment management
  • Ability to translate strategy into measurable market execution
  • Commercially minded and consumer focused
  • Ability to make decisions and influence across functions
  • Clear communication and ability to build trusted partnerships
  • Strategic thinking combined with delivery focus
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluency in one of the Nordic languages is considered an advantage
  • Ability to travel, particularly across Nordic countries
