About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide business performance analyses to the BA Management Team, covering the full value chain from sourcing to customer
  • Partner with Commercial and Supply Chain Controllers to provide actionable insights and support business decisions
  • Deliver monthly performance reporting, forecasts, budgets, and long-term plans for Consumer Tissue
  • Own key BA controlling areas including Strategic & Long-Term Planning, Net Sales & Pricing Analysis, Value Chain & Cost Driver Management, Working Capital, and Overheads Controlling
  • Design and deliver new reporting concepts and tools for an enhanced End to End controlling approach
  • Coordinate controlling activities globally across all functions within Consumer Tissue and across business units
  • Provide guidelines and calendars to secure effective cooperation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 7+ years of controlling experience in an international and multinational business environment
  • Strong analytical, financial planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Solid understanding of business drivers and value creation
  • Advanced systems and reporting expertise, including SAP, financial consolidation tools, MS Office, and Power BI
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to influence and challenge across all organizational levels
  • Passion for driving innovative reporting solutions, continuous improvement, and high-quality financial processes
  • Self-motivated team player with strong ownership
  • Ability to work independently and ensure data integrity in a dynamic environment
