About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan inbound and outbound transport for the Rotterdam and Dubai warehouses
  • Act as the main contact for freight forwarders and carriers, managing bookings, shipment status, and daily follow-up
  • Resolve transport delays and service failures with forwarders
  • Share updates on freight rates and shipment status with stakeholders
  • Coordinate pick-ups, loading, and deliveries with warehouses
  • Coordinate orders and replenishment with Customer Service and warehouse teams
  • Maintain accurate transport master data and resolve system issues
  • Manage non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions
  • Track transport KPIs including on-time delivery, cost per shipment, and rate accuracy
  • Propose improvements to transport planning, lead times, and cost
  • Support onboarding of new transport flows and lanes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–4 years of experience in transport or logistics coordination
  • Experience in FMCG/manufacturing shipper/freight forwarder preferred
  • Understanding of basic logistics language, including Incoterms and freight modes
  • Experience in transport planning, managing forwarders, rates, and escalations
  • Basic Excel skills
  • Fluency in English
  • TMS and WMS experience
  • Basic Power BI knowledge
