About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for technical and specialist positions
  • Execute active sourcing and headhunting strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to identify senior-level talent
  • Conduct detailed intake meetings with hiring managers, refining technical and behavioral criteria
  • Conduct screening and competency-based interviews in Portuguese and Spanish
  • Ensure a transparent, professional, and structured candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Analyze and monitor recruitment operations metrics to optimize time-to-fill and quality of hires
  • Join the global Talent Acquisition team and collaborate with teams in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Spain, Mexico, and Peru

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Solid experience in recruitment and selection
  • Previous experience in formal corporate environments, engineering industries, technical consulting firms, or complex B2B companies
  • Expertise in active sourcing (sourcing/headhunting) for niche positions and market mapping for hard-to-find talent
  • Advanced Spanish proficiency, with demonstrated ability to conduct full interviews and negotiations in Spanish and Portuguese
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience with international recruitment or supporting stakeholders across different countries (preferred)
  • Experience with recruitment and selection metrics (preferred)
