About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide superior service to clients and referring veterinarians through inbound and outbound calls
- Serve as the primary point of contact for hospitals and ensure client and referring veterinarian needs are met professionally and empathetically
- Act as the frontline for emergency calls with a calm and compassionate demeanor
- Book client appointments accurately and efficiently
- Interpret Ethos protocols to resolve client and referring veterinarian inquiries
- Develop relationships with hospital teams
- Work evening shifts in a 24/7-365 service center
Requirements
What you’ll need- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of Veterinarian Client Care or Tech experience
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook sufficient for email, document preparation, and worksheet preparation
- Able to work evening shift within a 24/7-365 service center
- Proven experience delivering outstanding service in a high-volume environment, handling up to 60 calls per shift
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to deal with emotionally charged client scenarios, including critical patient situations
- Track record of exceeding productivity and quality goals
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Good judgment and problem-solving skills
- Minimum internet speed of 500 Mbps
- Must live in one of the listed states: Alaska, Alabama, Arkansas, Delaware, Kentucky, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Dakota, or Washington, D.C.
- Veterinary clinic or hospital experience is requested in the application
