About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional programs from scoping and planning through launch and follow-up
Lead high-impact programs with minimal oversight, owning outcomes
Partner with Engineering, Product, Data, Operations, and external partners to define plans, milestones, and owners
Identify risks and dependencies, raise issues, and drive decisions
Maintain program visibility through clear written updates for leaders and teams
Engage with technical details including architecture, integrations, and data flows
Run retrospectives after launches and improve planning and execution processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of technical program management or similar experience at a technology company
Track record of delivering complex programs spanning multiple engineering teams
Technical depth to engage with engineers on system design, APIs, and integrations
Excellent written and verbal communication, including with senior stakeholders
Comfort with ambiguity and ability to prioritize and adjust quickly
Data-driven approach, defining success metrics upfront and measuring against them
Experience in insurance, fintech, or another regulated industry (nice to have)
Experience with partner or third-party integrations (nice to have)
Experience using AI tools to accelerate planning, reporting, and execution (nice to have)
