About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Find creators and message them on Trybe, TikTok, and Instagram
- Use all approximately 30 daily Trybe invites
- Send around 100 personalized creator messages per day
- Follow up once with each creator who has not replied after a few days
- Answer inbound creator inquiries within one day
- Hand interested creators to the Community Manager with their link and numbers
- Track every contact with a stage, date, and next step
- Produce a Friday weekly report with channel numbers and one tested improvement
- Conduct outreach, inbound and handoff, tracking, and weekly reporting at volume while maintaining personalization
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6+ months of outreach at volume in recruiting, influencer or affiliate outreach, lead generation, or sales development
- Daily target of 50+ personal messages
- Ability to provide real daily numbers and reply rate
- Experience maintaining a daily target for months despite low response rates
- Warm, natural written English with no templates, errors, or excessive emoji
- Ability to personalize creator outreach based on content
- Knowledge of TikTok and Instagram as a user
- Ability to find creators by niche, hashtag, and sound
- Ability to distinguish creators who post consistently and sell through TikTok Shop or affiliate links
- Accurate tracking in a sheet or CRM, with every contact having a stage, date, and next step
- Ability to follow targeting and voice direction and implement feedback the same day
- Working hours 09:00–18:00 CET, Monday to Friday (16:00–01:00 Manila)
- Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace
- English language proficiency
