About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Write clear, user-focused help center articles for Euna's SaaS products
- Translate complex SaaS workflows into actionable customer documentation
- Identify documentation needs tied to product release schedules
- Produce or update articles ahead of upcoming product launches
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and close documentation gaps
- Review and edit existing help articles for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with current product functionality
- Apply writing, content, and accessibility standards
- Incorporate feedback from SMEs and senior team members
- Manage assigned documentation projects with minimal coaching
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2–4 years of experience in technical writing, documentation, content writing, or a closely related field
- Ability to turn complex information into concise, user-friendly documentation with minimal coaching
- Ability to gather information from subject matter experts and identify missing information
- Organized and detail-oriented, with ability to manage multiple documentation tasks and deadlines
- Ability to learn complex software and understand how features, processes, and workflows connect
- Experience writing documentation for SaaS or enterprise software products (nice to have)
- Experience creating or maintaining help center or knowledge base content (nice to have)
- Familiarity with accessibility standards such as WCAG, AODA, Section 508, or ADA (nice to have)
- Experience working within a content management system or knowledge base platform (nice to have)
