About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and develop customer-facing learning materials, including eLearning courses, tutorials, presentations, and handouts for Euna's SaaS products
- Own the full webinar program, including content planning, logistics coordination, live delivery support, and post-session follow-up
- Partner with subject matter experts and cross-functional teams to identify customer learning needs
- Translate complex product information into clear, actionable content
- Build, organize, and maintain courses, learning paths, and resources within the LMS
- Use Zoom and Camtasia to record, edit, and produce learning and webinar content
- Evaluate training effectiveness across programs, courses, and webinars
- Drive continuous improvement based on evaluation findings
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3+ years of experience developing and delivering training programs, learning experiences, or customer education initiatives
- Experience building and managing end-to-end webinar programs or virtual learning events, including logistics, facilitation, and follow-up
- Strong writing, facilitation, and communication skills
- Track record of making complex content accessible and easy to act on
- Experience working with an LMS and eLearning authoring tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities
- Experience developing learning content for SaaS or software products (nice to have)
- Hands-on experience with Zoom, Camtasia, or similar video and webinar production tools (nice to have)
- Familiarity with instructional design standards and accessible content practices (nice to have)
- AI tools and responsible AI usage are encouraged
