About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead enterprise-level Euna Grants implementation projects from initiation through closure
  • Own project scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, issues, and stakeholder relationships
  • Develop and maintain project charters, schedules, risk registers, RAID logs, and decision registers
  • Facilitate project meetings, executive briefings, and steering committees with state-level sponsors and decision-makers
  • Monitor project performance, identify risks and issues, drive mitigation, and escalate when warranted
  • Ensure compliance with Euna's Code of Ethics, security standards, and applicable public sector regulations
  • Apply ECP delivery frameworks and methodologies consistently while adapting where needed
  • Serve as primary point of contact for assigned state agency clients
  • Establish shared milestones, delivery responsibilities, and readiness activities with customer project managers and agency leads
  • Provide executive-level reporting and regular, accurate status updates
  • Manage complex multi-agency stakeholder relationships and difficult conversations
  • Coordinate delivery across Implementation, Technical Solutions, and OCM workstreams
  • Partner with the Project Coordinator on documentation, meeting cadences, and action-item follow-through
  • Contribute to lessons-learned reviews and continuous improvement efforts
  • Participate in scoping conversations and review SOW commitments affecting projects
  • Support onboarding new hires and team knowledge-sharing
  • Adopt and embed AI tools into documentation, analysis, client meeting preparation, and workflow improvements
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • 4+ years of project management experience
  • Demonstrated track record delivering enterprise software implementation or technology projects
  • Experience managing multi-stakeholder projects in a public sector, government, or regulated industry environment
  • Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies, including Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar
  • Experience with waterfall, agile, or hybrid delivery frameworks
  • Enthusiasm for AI tools and a track record of embedding technology into daily workflows
  • Strong communication skills, including steering committee leadership, status reporting, and client communication
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing deadlines simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently while remaining collaborative
  • Adaptability and professional resilience in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and consistent follow-through
  • Direct experience delivering state or federal government technology implementations preferred
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred
  • Knowledge of grants management, public finance, or compliance-heavy regulatory environments preferred
  • Experience with Euna Grants or comparable grant management systems preferred
  • Exposure to AI productivity tools such as Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT with demonstrated professional application preferred
  • Familiarity with change management principles and OCM integration preferred
