About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Guide clients through the full implementation and onboarding lifecycle for Euna Grants
- Lead client discovery sessions covering business processes, grant program structures, stakeholder roles, and system requirements
- Facilitate working sessions with agency staff, program managers, and technical contacts
- Produce and maintain discovery documentation, requirements matrices, process maps, and configuration documentation
- Translate discovery findings into implementation scope and configuration plans
- Deliver implementations aligned with Euna's Implementation Methodology
- Configure client instances of Euna Grants based on documented business requirements
- Apply deep knowledge of the grant lifecycle from pre-award through close-out
- Explain Euna Grants functionality and connect it to client value and goals
- Conduct user acceptance testing, document issues, create support tickets, and monitor resolution through closure
- Lead virtual and written client trainings for end users through agency leadership
- Support client training, troubleshooting, and project-related requests
- Identify and escalate project risks to Project Management
- Ensure client feedback requests contain sufficient detail before routing for action
- Identify and document system functionality gaps and partner with Product and Development on enhancements
- Participate in requirements gathering and business process modeling
- Contribute to onboarding new hires and team knowledge-sharing; Senior Implementation Managers lead this function
- Embed AI tools into daily work, including documentation, configuration analysis, client meeting preparation, and workflow improvements
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
- 8+ years of Customer Success, implementation, or account management experience for the Senior Implementation Manager level
- Working knowledge of grants management, including grant types, funding compliance requirements, and reporting obligations
- Public sector experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated technical acumen, including comfort configuring software, understanding data relationships, and navigating system architecture concepts
- Experience with SaaS platforms required
- Enthusiasm for AI tools and a track record of embedding technology into daily workflows
- Extensive experience training or teaching clients in a virtual environment
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing deadlines simultaneously
- Strong analytical and documentation skills, particularly in requirements gathering and configuration work
- Ability to work independently while remaining a reliable, collaborative team member
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment; adaptable and professionally resilient
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and consistent follow-through
- Preferred: direct experience with state, county, or municipal government in a grants capacity
- Preferred: familiarity with federal grant programs such as CDBG, ARPA, HUD, EPA, or similar
- Preferred: experience with grants management systems, financial management platforms, or public sector ERP systems
- Preferred: exposure to AI productivity tools such as Copilot, Claude, or ChatGPT with demonstrated professional application
- Preferred: knowledge of data migration concepts or SaaS implementation projects with integration components
