About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist customers by phone, email, the “Contact Us” channel, and WhatsApp
- Record the necessary personal data in the CRM in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD), maintaining confidentiality
- Analyze reports involving Compliments, Pharmacovigilance, Complaints, and Requests, including NCB, Quality Deviations, and Suggestions
- Forward reports to the responsible departments and monitor their resolution, deadlines, and responses
- Work in accordance with current procedures and update SOPs when necessary
- Conduct training sessions for the team or other departments
- Support the Sales Force, internal employees, and healthcare professionals regarding Medical Information (InfoMed) processes
- Monitor performance indicators and prepare strategic reports
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy
- Fluent Spanish
- Intermediate English
- Microsoft Office Suite
- SAP CRM or equivalent
