About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work in a global legal practice focused on intellectual property, with an emphasis on trademark protection
- Manage and administer Eurofarma’s trademark portfolio
- Communicate with internal clients and trademark agents in Brazil and abroad
- Monitor deadlines, assess risks, respond to inquiries, and prepare reports
- Prepare out-of-court notices
- Support trademark-related litigation
- Prepare and monitor the trademark expense budget
- Analyze, draft, and negotiate agreements involving Eurofarma entities outside Brazil
Requirements
What you’ll need- Law degree
- Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) registration
- Intermediate Spanish or higher (preferred)
- English proficiency (preferred)
- Experience in intellectual property
