About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the Pediatrics, ENT, and Orthopedics product portfolio
  • Develop product marketing plans, including segmentation, diagnosis, and strategies to drive prescriptions and sales
  • Prepare sales and investment forecasts for each product
  • Identify and analyze market opportunities to maximize profits and minimize costs
  • Create initiatives to achieve sales and market share objectives
  • Analyze and consolidate market data, international data, clinical data, and reports
  • Assess the feasibility of launches and identify opportunities and threats for products in the existing portfolio
  • Develop promotional strategies for the sales team
  • Accompany medical representatives in the field and during visits to physicians’ offices
  • Participate in promotional cycle meetings with district teams
  • Propose new products and line extensions
  • Provide information for the development of product manuals
  • Monitor sales results and align production forecasts with Production Planning and Control (PPC)
  • Monitor inventories of products for sale and promotional free samples
  • Send supplementary information for training meetings
  • Participate in meetings for new medical representatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Advertising, Marketing, Pharmacy, or a related field
  • Postgraduate qualification preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Intermediate English preferred
  • Previous experience in the field
