About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage, monitor, and analyze the financial performance of Patient Support Programs (PSPs), ensuring the proper application of the assumptions adopted for each program
  • Monitor the financial aspects of contracts and suppliers, including invoice analysis, price adjustments, and compliance with contracted amounts
  • Validate expenses related to PSP operations, ensuring compliance with contracts, internal policies, and the approved budget
  • Track program targets, KPIs, and performance indicators, supporting the consolidation of results and performance monitoring
  • Prepare financial reports and indicators for the programs to support the development of management materials for leadership
  • Work in partnership with Marketing, Market Access, Sales, Tax, Legal, and Procurement teams
  • Support the financial assessment of new projects, expansions, and new services related to the program
  • Support internal and external audits by providing documents, information, and financial evidence related to the program
  • Contribute to the standardization and continuous improvement of PSP financial processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
  • Experience in Financial Planning and Budgeting, including planning and execution
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis
  • SAP experience is preferred
  • Knowledge of BI tools/Power BI is a plus
