Support department objectives and company goals
Conduct surveillance inspections of factories to assure products remain compliant with granted certification conditions
Follow up with factories to restore certification compliance when non-approved variances are found
Communicate professionally with customers according to customer service standards
Follow manager directives and complete other assigned duties
Perform duties accurately, honestly, timely, and professionally
Travel extensively to factories and work remotely

Requirements

What you’ll need

Two-year college degree or four-year college degree related to STEM
Knowledge of electronics
Certification in Electronics is ideal but not required
Willing to travel 90%–100%
Able to rent a car
Willing to work overtime and remotely
Cannot be on any no fly list
Clean driver record
Have a passport or be able to get a passport
US resident
Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to accept guidance from others
Ability to deal with difficult people and problems
Ability to work in a team environment and diverse group
Attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments
Professional appearance
Able to make own schedule and be self-sufficient
