About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support department objectives and company goals
  • Conduct surveillance inspections of factories to assure products remain in compliance with conditions of granted certification
  • Follow up with factories to bring certification back into compliance if a non-approved variance is found
  • Communicate professionally with customers according to customer service standards
  • Adhere to manager directives and perform duties in a timely, accurate, honest, and professional manner
  • Perform other duties assigned by management
  • Work Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with overtime as needed
  • Travel extensively to factories and customer locations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Two-year college degree or four-year college degree related to STEM
  • Knowledge of electronics
  • Certification in Electronics, ideal but not required
  • Willing to travel 90%–100% of the time
  • Able to rent a car
  • Willing to work overtime and remotely
  • Cannot be on any no-fly list
  • Clean driver record
  • Have a passport or be able to get a passport
  • US Resident
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Receptive to and accepting guidance from others
  • Ability to deal with difficult people and problems
  • Able to work well in a team environment
